While the year still feels fresh, we aren’t wasting a second. We’ve been busy in the Affogata kitchen brewing up the features you’ve been asking for to make this your most efficient year yet. This month is all about efficiency at scale. Whether you’re managing massive data exports or cleaning up your streams, we’ve cut down the clicks so you can get back to what matters: the Player Experience.

The Vision: Unifying the Fragmented Player Experience

In 2025, Affogata transitioned from a feedback tool into a foundational Player Experience (PX) Infrastructure. The platform now unifies fragmented customer touchpoints into a single, structured data layer.|

Our goal is to transform unstructured feedback from community, social, and support channels into real-time insights you can work with in the way that works best for you. To that end, we offer access in multiple ways:

  • Website / Dashboard: A dedicated interface for Product, Marketing, and CSX teams to visualize Customer Insights and Business Impact.
  • Data Warehouse (DIL / API): Direct integration with Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, providing structured tables ready for internal BI and data science applications.
  • MCP → AI Chatbots: A direct connection to Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT, allowing teams to safely query and analyze customer experience data through AI copilots and agents.

Of course, all this works only if compliance and data provenance are adhered to. Our aim is to give you this control and central management, so anyone using any of these interfaces gets data and insights that you, as the Affogata stakeholder, can stand behind.

 

2025 in Review: Building the Foundation

The past year focused on scaling performance, expanding data coverage, and integrating custom AI workflows to drive unique reporting and business requirements.

  • Data Integration Layer (DIL): Successfully launched direct Snowflake and Databricks integration for structured PX data, allowing for seamless data flow and robust internal reporting.
  • Advanced Data & Analytics: Introduced Semantic Conversation Clusters, a state-of-the-art engine with drill-down capabilities and hierarchy to uncover the “why” behind the data.
  • AI & The “Affogata Helper”: Transitioned to Function-Based Analysis, providing structured answers to complex business questions, complete with insight graphs and repeatable, “business-ready” reports.
  • Global Expansion & APAC Synthesis: Bolstered capabilities in the APAC region with a faster, cost-effective pipeline and integrated over 10 new platforms, including Weibo and Xiaohongshu.
  • Enterprise Source Integration: Expanded coverage to include dozens of dedicated gaming and niche community forums to ensure no player voice is left unheard.
  • Operational Excellence: Added Query Validation & Transparency, allowing teams to view and “Quick Edit” rich Boolean queries from any page.
  • Security & SSO: Integrated standardized SSO support to streamline secure access for all global team members.
  • Historical Data & Exports: Enabled exports of up to 50K items via CSV for deep-dive offline analysis and provided comprehensive access to past data for trend analysis.

 

2026: Expanding the impact of PX

In 2026, our goal is to further empower you, as an Affogata user, to set the tone for insights and impact how PX is being utilized across the org. This means that Affogata is not just an app or dashboard you use – it is the control plane you use to set the standard for PX data and insights, which is then consistently reflected through all the interfaces mentioned above.

After all, feeding in data into an AI agent is useless if the dataset, sources, and measurement methodology are not standardized and vetted by a PX professional!

Some of the capabilities that are coming up within this include:

 

  • Agentic Workflows: Moving beyond insights to Actionable PX. You’ll be abe to trigger actions, have AI reason through possible follow ups, and incorporate PX in workflows alongside other systems.
  • MCP Expansion: Offering and expanding our Model Context Protocol connections for real-time interaction with player data via your preferred AI assistant.
  • Predictive Analytics: Utilizing historical data to provide foresight, predicting potential churn or viral sentiment shifts before they peak.
  • Contextual Intelligence: Continuous NLP updates to ensure the highest accuracy in sentiment analysis and category classification.

 

March 26 – Feature Highlights

  • AI Summaries and Topics in the DIL: Our data warehouse connectivity layer continues to expand and now offers granular AI summaries and topic-specific insights. This means you can build topical dashboards with semantics insights, right in your BI system, in just a few clicks.
  • “At-a-Glance” Pie Chart: Added Pie Charts to dashboard widgets!     Your most-requested workflow upgrade is here. Select all results from any search and apply labels, update sentiment, or mark as viewed all at once in a single click. Deep dive efficiency, now at your fingertips.

  • Bulk Actions in your streams as well

  • Facebook Groups Support: You can now track both Private and Public Facebook Groups within Affogata to connect with deep-dive community discussions.
  • Heavy-Duty Exports (100K CSV): Boosted export capacity to 100,000 rows of data in one go for raw, unfiltered analysis in your internal tools.

  • Major Cluster Evolution: A massive improvement to our Clusters for deeper automated theme discovery.
  • Flexible Period Clusters: Leverage the powerful clustering engine for any time period you need to analyze! On top of the weekly summaries that are always available instantly, you’ll be able to request a custom summary for any period you need.
  • Helper Upgrade: A meaningful upgrade to Helper, making it smarter and more capable.
  • Dashboard Filtering Upgrades: Making it easier to slice and dice in the dashboard, by sentiment and network.
  • MCP Reveal: Something big is on the horizon regarding our AI copilot integration. Stay tuned.
