  • Conversation Clusters: Full Threads + AI Summaries

    Clusters now show entire conversations and natural-language summaries.
    Helps you understand sentiment and themes without digging.

  •  User Permissions Update: Role-Based Control at Scale

    We’ve tweaked permissions to be more consistent and now only admins can change roles or permissions. Aligns better with org-wide hierarchy for secure, consistent access control.

 

  • Player Pulse Emails: Polished with AI-Powered Summaries

    Executive emails now feature a redesigned header that includes an output from the Affogata AI Helper and a button to directly access the Affogata Helper chat for further interaction.

  • 🚫 Spam Moderation Performance Upgrade

    Our upgraded engine now detects and removes spam and phishing even faster-keeping your community safe, protecting your brand, and ensuring paid campaigns run without distraction. It’s faster, more accurate, and filters harmful content before it reaches your audience.

  •  Unified Timeframes: Consistent Reporting Across the Platform

    Full-week/month filters now apply across dashboards, search, Helper, and exports.
    Org-level timezone settings ensure consistent insights and easier global collaboration.

 

Fixes & Enhancements

  • CSV exports are now more complete and reliable

    The updated CSV export features enhanced Twitter data with user bios and follower counts, improved demographic exports with consistent formatting, line breaks, and overall more complete and reliable data.

  • Login redirects

    Function correctly after session timeouts

  • Improve Search Efficiency:

    Autocomplete now displays and behaves consistently for search query building.

  • Public searches

    Is limited to admins now, preventing users from accidentally modifying core brand searches others rely on

  • Backend performance

    Improvements deliver faster dashboard load times (more coming soon!)

  • Support for Weibo and Xiaohongshu (Chinese social media services)
  • Topic drill-downs for zooming into sub-issues

  • Helper: Smarter Queries with Custom Fields –  Filter by priority, region, or issue type using Zendesk or Helpshift metadata. Example query: “Summarize complaints from high-priority tickets in Europe.”
