How to Export Your Data

Four main ways to get your data out: (a) CSV Export - download up to 100,000 data points with full metadata, (b) PNG Export - screenshot any dashboard widget for presentations, (c) API Access - stream structured data to your tools programmatically, (d) Data Warehouse Integration (DIL) - direct connection to Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau. Each serves a different need.

CSV exports include full metadata for each data point: post content, author, platform/network, publication date, sentiment (positive/negative/neutral), engagement count (likes, replies, shares), reach, language, location (when available), and any labels or tags you've applied. It's the complete picture.

Go to your search page, apply any filters you need (date range, sentiment, network), click the Export button (download icon) in the toolbar, select CSV format, and the download starts. For large exports, you'll receive an email notification when the file is ready. Files open correctly in Excel with proper encoding for special characters and emojis.

Currently up to 100,000 data points per CSV export. This includes all metadata fields. For most use cases this covers weeks or months of data. If you need more, our API or data warehouse integration can handle unlimited volumes.

Yes! Apply filters first (by date, sentiment, network, keyword, engagement range, etc.), then export. Only the filtered results will be included. This is great for targeted analysis - for example, export only negative Steam reviews from the last 30 days for your product team.

Hover over any widget on your dashboard (sentiment chart, topic breakdown, engagement graph, etc.) and click the download/export icon that appears. Choose PNG format. The image is ready to paste into presentations, reports, or Slack messages. All charts, graphs, and pie charts are exportable.

Use the date range selector to set the exact period before exporting. Switch between chart types (line, bar, pie) to find the best visual for your story. Use Compare Mode to export side-by-side brand comparisons. Each PNG includes the title and legend so it's self-explanatory.

Our API lets you programmatically pull structured data into any tool. Data comes pre-tagged with sentiment, topics, engagement metrics, and more. You get daily API units based on your plan. Use it to feed Looker dashboards, internal tools, or custom analysis scripts. Documentation and API keys are provided during setup.
