Customer Success Manager
We’re building our customer success team and we’re looking for a strong CSM.As the CSM of Affogata, you’ll play a critical role in helping our customers understand the value of our platform, and build strong, long-lasting, and personal relationships with our customers.
Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how different departments in a company use our product, familiarity with the range of use-cases, and ability to both tell and show value in customer interactions, you’ll lead our customer success team.
You’ll be reporting directly to the CEO and managing a team of customer success professionals and data analysts to help reach the goal of bringing value, delivering solutions, and building relationships with the customers.Part of the job would be to provide indications to the sales team for potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promote cross-org usage, and be measured on the KPI of negative churn.We are looking for experienced individuals who would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our CS processes.
You’ll be a strategic member of our team, working closely with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Sales. Desired Skills and Experience:
2+ years in a CS role (or similar) in a B2B SaaS environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English (being a native speaker is an advantage)
Past experience in online marketing or doing CS roles (or similar) in an online marketing service is an advantage.
Great communication and customer-facing skills.
Business process mapping skills.
Exceptional teamwork capabilities.
