Full-Stack Marketing Manager

We’re building our marketing team and we’re looking for a full-stack marketer, the 1st marketing position in the company, reporting to the CEO.

 

As the marketing manager of Affogata, you’ll play a critical role in helping our potential customers understand the value of our platform for cross organization usage, defining a new category of “Open Big Data intelligence”, or as we sometimes call it - “the ERP of Open Big Data ''. You should be able to tell the story of Affogata - the first strategic Open Big Data platform used across different departments in the organization.

 

You will be responsible for building the marketing machine of inbound leads, both by hyper-targeting via performance marketing, content related to the new category, and online tools we’re developing to provide business insights and deliver value to generate leads.

 

You’ll lead our marketing efforts, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll be expected to be hands-on and an all-around marketer, as well as be able to manage the resources you need to meet the goals of defining a new category and generating MQLs via the online tools.

 

Part of the job will be working closely with the sales team, providing product-marketing content, working with the product team, R&D and executives, with KPIs around MQLs, engagement, thought leadership, and brand awareness.

 

We are looking for experienced individuals who would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our marketing processes and strategy. You’ll be a strategic member of our team, working closely with Product, R&D, Marketing and Sales.

 

This is a demanding position which is ideally suited for someone who is looking to have a real impact in shaping a company, be 100% hands on, do performance marketing, content and strategy. Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years in a marketing role (or similar) in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Managing experience, either internal resources or external (advantage)

  • Fluency in written and spoken English. (Native is an advantage)

  • Performance marketing experience  - measured by MQLs. (retargeting, LinkedIn ads, google ads, fb ads, display, search)

  • Content and positioning - homepage messages, case-studies, cross org usage, competitors.

  • Content marketing experience - proven ability to create long-form marketing content

  • Product-marketing experience - competitors position, value to different departments, content, etc.

  • Great communication and customer-facing skills - ability to run webinars and educate

  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities.

Sales Development Representative

Looking for your next challenge? Affogata is growing and is looking for a passionate Sales Development Representatives (SDR)!
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify relevant prospects, influencers, and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers

  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

  • Find creative ways to generate relevant prospects

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 2 years’ of relevant work experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Junior Product Manager

We’re building our Product team and we’re looking for a junior product manager. This is the first Product hire in the company, reporting to the Chief Product Office, who is and one of the founders.

 

As Product Manager at Affogata, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting strategic impact on the company’s offerings and the way global businesses operate, via our product - an Open Big Data platform that changes the way businesses communicate with their customers and learn from them.

 

You will be trusted with critical decisions, and the more capability you show, the more responsibility you will be given. You will have a first-seat experience of a fast-growing early-stage startup, with all the experience and professional challenges that entails.

 

Part of the job will be working closely with the R&D, Customer Success and the Sales teams. You will be using analytics, reviewing user sessions, performing deep discovery processes, and working closely with customers and design partners.

 

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to step forward as the first hire of a team and adhere to the highest standards of Product Management. Your work will be moving the business forward!

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years in a Product role (or similar), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Experience as a developer - advantage. Some technical orientation is a must.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English - a must (native is an advantage)

  • Great communication and customer-facing skills - ability to interview customers, great listening skills, learning skills, and empathy for customers and users - a must

  • Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and/or Social Media Marketing experience - advantage

  • Product Marketing experience - ability to express competitive and strategic positioning, a product’s value to different departments and stakeholders, etc - advantage

  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities and people skills are required
