OPEN POSITIONS

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support. Be responsible for technically setting up customers’ accounts in the Affogata platform & maintain them.

  • Form close relationships with our customers.

  • Provide insights and customized reports to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform, and leverage your product knowledge and experience to ensure customers receive the utmost value from Affogata

  • Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality

  • Advise and consult clients on best practices and how to optimize their use of Affogata.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to document success to date; review adoption and usage metrics; align on executive priorities; provide adoption and usage recommendations & review Affogata product roadmap.

  • Overall responsibility for your customers’ health, growth, satisfaction and the delivery of successful QBRs

  • Identify new business opportunities in your customer’s org for expansion, by consulting customers and prospects on our solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team when needed, using your consultative and insight skills, and ace trial conversions 

  • Help orchestrate renewal processes with customers and engage AEs for expansion opportunities.

  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input in product, marketing and sales processes

  • Contribute to our team growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes for peers to use as winning strategies.

 

Ideal candidate requirements:

 

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Excellent communication skills in Spanish, French or German are considered an advantage.

  • You are independent and self-learner, with Multi-tasking capabilities and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment. And you love being in a collaborative, team oriented company culture.

  • You have previous experience in the Martech or Advertising spaces, where you have gained Digital Marketing, Social media and account management experience focused on independently managing and growing client accounts. This could be from an advertising agency, SaaS or similar

  • You have experience with Excel and are familiar with search operators

  • You love learning about new technologies, and how they work - exploring every nook and cranny. You’re fast at picking up setup processes, and you are ready to put the effort necessary to help a customer get value from a SaaS platform. You are confident about your technical skills and don’t mind putting them at work as long as necessary.

  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills, are a team player and a great communicator, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously 

  • You have a proven track record of working in a customer facing role

  • Ability to provide step-by-step training & assistance, both written and verbal

  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights

  • Strong operational discipline and excellent prioritisation, decision making and assessment skills

  • Outstanding presentation development and delivery skills, with the ability to speak to end users 

  • Experience working with a cross functionally and geographically dispersed customer base

The Role:

QA ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a full-stack agile team, working in high velocity and delivering work of great quality.

  • Cross platform manual testing.

  • Writing and designing test documents.

  • Testing existing and new features in our core product.

  • Understand the product and its use cases, so you can perform thoughtful and correct QA

CONTROLLER

Overview:
 

Affogata is looking for a Controller to join our fast growing company. 


You will be managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process, creating and validating accruals, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations and so much more!


The position requires to build, produce and analyse reports. Managing clients financial status and balances. 

Responsibilities

  • Support period-end close process

  • Coordinate timely processing of payroll

  • Manage and comply with local reporting requirements and tax filings

  • Manage the company’s cash flow

  • Manage subsidiaries reporting packages.

  • Manage vendors payment cycles

  • Lead the implementation and development of new finance procedures

  • Execute on a variety of finance related projects

Requirements:

  • Licensed CPA

  • Internship in one of the big 4, preferably in the hi-tech division

  • 3-5 years of experience as an assistant controller

  • Experience in Priority and Salesforce – an advantage

  • comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting according to US

  • accounting standards (US GAAP)

  • Legal background - advantage

  • Excellent English, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Superior Excel skills
